  • Moonshot Pitch Challenge: An ideation-focused pitch challenge that asks students to think big – beyond the classroom – and pitch an idea that solves a real-world problem in 2 minutes or less. 
  • New Venture Challenge: A three-workshop series helping to prepare Purdue student startups for market entry and fundraising. 
  • Trask Innovation Fund: A fund which supports short-term projects that will enhance commercial value of Purdue University intellectual property assets. Open to all Purdue researchers, faculty and staff. 
  • Purdue Innovates OTC Disclosure: Disclosure is the first step towards patenting your innovation. OTC can help guide you through the process towards commercialization. 
  • Purdue Innovates OTC Licensing: OTC currently has over 1000 new technologies available for licensing and can help guide you toward commercialization. 
  • Purdue Innovates Ventures: This team invests in early-stage, Purdue-connected startups founded or led by alumni or technologies invented at Purdue.
  • John Martinson Entrepreneurial Center Entrepreneurship: JMEC supports Purdue Engineering students, faculty, staff, and alumni to commercialize engineering innovations. JMEC focuses on the execution and expansion stages of startups. 
  • Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship: Purdue University’s innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialization, and partnership programs are co-located in the Burton D. Morgan building in an effort to streamline access to these programs.

  • Institutes and Centers at Discovery Park District: This consortium of institutes brings together researchers across disciplines to advance large-scale research that enable breakthroughs and drive innovations in support of solving the world’s most critical problems. 
  • Seng Liang Wang Hall: Wang Hall is a new building combining academic, research and retail spaces on the Purdue University campus. 
  • The Data Mine: The first large-scale learning community for undergraduate and graduate students from all majors, focused on Data Science for All. Hillenbrand Hall is filled with new learning communities of students preparing for the data-driven workforce of the 21st century. 
  • Bechtel Innovation Design Center: A student-focused, peer-mentored, as-needed, educational community providing  the ability to complete projects through hands-on access to a safe ecosystem of consultation, training, technologies, and processes. 
  • Lab 2 Life: A set of real-world, test-bed environments aimed at advancing innovation in collaboration with corporate partners and Purdue faculty and students.
